La Tierra reserves the right to change listed prices without prior notice. To ensure the most accurate price a consultation is recommended. Please be specific when requesting your reservation.
Service Revisions
Requests for revisions must be made within 72 hours of initial service.
Cancellations
We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for all cancellations. Excessive cancellations or no shows will result in La Tierra requiring a credit card at the time of reservation. A credit card may be required for any reservations. Additionally, cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
Product Returns
La Tierra only accepts returns on products purchased at this location.
Aveda does not take returns on makeup. All other products may be returned for refund or store credit.
